Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked for over 10 years in both the corporate world and start-up environments.

 

With a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and a background in Human Resources, I have a deep understanding of workplace dynamics—and I know firsthand the toll that stress, burnout, and constant pressure can take on our mental and physical health.

 

This is why I'm passionate about bringing the tools of yoga and mindfulness into professional settings—to support well-being, restore balance, and create healthier, more resilient work cultures.
